These instructions will assist you in navigating this website and placing your order.

Please read the following instructions before proceeding. You may be required to provide specific information as you proceed through the order process.

Before placing your order - please ensure you have the following information available:

  1. Proper mailing address for delivery. PO boxes are not permitted in the mailing address.
  2. The name of the user who will receive the new product.
  3. The e-mail address of the person who will receive the new Bell phone or BlackBerry. 
  4. The existing cellular number complete with area code for the user (this will be used if upgrading hardware, adding an existing cellular number to a BlackBerry or porting your number to Bell).
  5. If applicable have the Internal Order or Cost Center number to which all charges will be applied.

Once you have confirmed the above information, you are ready to proceed with your order. The process should take less than 5 minutes.
